It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Every possible effort will be made to dispatch orders within 3 business days of the purchase date. Your order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. Please note : there may be possible postal delays due to COVID -19. Please contact us on email@example.com which we will follow up your order. Our team is available from Monday – Friday 8.30am-6.00pm (AWST).
We are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of late delivery or non-delivery. Late delivery of your order, does not entitle you to cancel your order. You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.
If you choose to sign for your item you will need to be available between 7.00am and 5:00pm to receive the delivery depending on the courier or postal service. If you are not available at your delivery address, when the courier tries to deliver your order, the courier will generally leave a card. It is your responsibility to contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to contact the courier within the time specified in any “article awaiting collection” notice left by the courier at the time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be shipping or delivery delays for WA Orders (outside Perth metro) and Interstate orders due to COVID -19. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. All products returned to Technotrends are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipment or delivery address, failed delivery attempts by Australia Post (due to recipient being unavailable) or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. When we received undeliverable shipments, we will inform you via email to arrange another shipment or delivery. Please note re-shipment will incur the same fees as per Shipping /Delivery Fees stated above. In the event where we have attempted to contact you to obtain correct address details and/or to organise payment for reshipment but have failed, we will process a refund for the original amount excluding the initial shipping cost and a return to sender fee. You will be refunded only for the product/s that was purchased.
