Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with a guarantee that it will be of acceptable quality, be in working order and will match the description provided. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is not in working order or deemed to be faulty.
Contact us First
If you are unsure if the products are faulty, please contact us first and our team will help resolve the issue. Some goods come with a manufacturer’s warranty and we are obliged to comply with the warranty. We strongly recommend that you contact us first via email: firstname.lastname@example.org once you establish that your product is faulty.
Products with warranty periods will be indicated on the website. Please check prior to purchasing.
Return of Items
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Should you return an item, please contact us on email@example.com for a delivery address.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Must be in the same packaging that you received it.
- Must be the complete product
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning the item, please ensure the item is adequately packaged to ensure that it is not damaged on delivery. Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and notify you of the receipt and your refund or replacement. Please let us know whether you would like a refund of replacement for your product. If the product is found to be in working order or in the event that the product is not compatible with your device or equipment, we will arrange for a full refund. Should you choose to order another product, please do so by visiting the website. Your refund will be returned to your PayPal account and you will be notified by email. For refunds to be processed, proof of purchases with an invoice will be required.
